Teen Movie Afternoon: 3:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 26.  Book to Movie Series: Join us after school for a showing of A MONSTER CALLS, based on the book by Patrick Ness! Check out the book on display outside of the Teen Room!

MAY 2019

ASHES IN THE SNOW with RUTA SEPETYS: 5:30-7:45 p.m. Monday, May 6. Welcome NY Times Bestselling author, RUTA SEPETYS in the Williamson County premier of Ashes in the Snow, based on her book, Between Shades of Gray. There will be a movie showing followed by a Q&A with the author. Please note: This event will be in the MEETING ROOM on the FIRST FLOOR and is for ages 12-18, and adults ONLY. Not suitable for children – contains scenes of brutality, non-sexual nudity, and suicide.

Teen Advisory Group: 3:30-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 7. Join us for Teen Advisory Group to help plan our next month of events.

Teen Art Club:  4-5 p.m.  Friday, May 10.  Stop by and make some art and some new friends! Bring your materials or use our sketchbooks and colored pencils.

Teen Strategy Club: 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 11. Conquest is the game at our monthly Strategy Club. Join us for games of Risk, Stratego, Chess, and more!

Teen Board Game Afternoon: 3:30-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 14. Join us for an afternoon of board games including Uno, Yahtzee, Jenga and more! 

Teen Summer Reading Pre-Registration: 9:00-5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 18. Stop by the Teen Room and pick up your Summer Reading Book Review sheets! Start reading and earning prizes!

Dungeons & Dragons: 2:00-5:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 29. It’s back! Join the quest this summer, as the Teen Library presents "An Introduction to Dungeons & Dragons," the classic game of fantasy storytelling. Led by our own "Mr. Howard," all you need is your imagination!

Teen Summer Reading Kickoff: 9:00-5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 30.  Drop-in anytime between 9-5:30 for snacks, crafts, games and info about our Teen Summer Reading Program!
