Williamson County Public Library’s (WCPL), Main Library, is located on Columbia Avenue one mile south of historic downtown Franklin, Tennessee. The Main Library was organized in 1937, and the current facility opened in 2003.
Goal
The Williamson County Public Library System seeks to meet the recreational, educational, and information needs of county patrons through: a significant collection of digital and print materials housed at a network of county wide locations head-quartered in Franklin; extensive personal computer and related technology; and diverse and interesting programs targeted to various age groups
Hours
The Main Library in Franklin is offering Holds-2-Go curbside service from 8:30-10. The facility is open from 10-7, Monday to Thursday, 10-5:30 on Friday and Saturday plus 1-5:30 on Sunday.
All patrons are required to undergo a temperature check and screening for Covid19 symptoms before entry due to the ongoing public health emergency. Face masks are required for the duration of visits to all County facilities. Please see the declaration for details.
