Enter for a chance to win one of three $100 gift cards, courtesy of Atmos Energy! Pick up your Free chalk to create outdoor art at home that illustrates the 2021 Fire Prevention Week theme, “Learn the Sounds of Fire Safety!” For ideas/rules visit
Take a pic and share it on the City of Franklin’s Facebook page with the hashtag #FranklinFire at City of Franklin, TN - Municipal Government. The entry deadline is 11:59 P.M. Sunday, October 24, 2021. Winners will be announced the following week. We have special red ribbons too that can be picked up and tied to a tree in your yard to mark  you designated safe meeting space in case of a fire!

Story Times

All In- Person Story Times are back! Join us for stories, songs, rhymes, and more fun!  No registration is required but space is limited. You may be asked to Join the 2nd session if the 1st one is too full. These are held weekly unless otherwise noted!

Thank You For All The Build A Tale Lego Submissions august 2021

Congratulations to the winners Mariana, Cannon, and Emma! of our recent LEGO contest and a big "Thank you!" to everyone who participated! Thank You For All The Build A Tale Lego Submissions Summer 6 2021Lego Creations Build a Tale Contest voting has ended! Thank you to those kids who submitted creative and fun creations for the Summer Reading Build a Tale Lego Contest. Winners are being contacted directly to pick up their prize. All Lego creation submissions can now be picked up at the library along with a small token of our appreciation for participating.
