The Friends of the Leiper's Fork Branch founded in 2009, is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) volunteer organization
that works to further the goals of the Leiper's Fork branch.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Friends of the Lieper Fork Branch:
- Support literacy programs
- Raise community awareness about the benefits and services of our local library
- Raise funds for books and materials
- Support children's programs
- Plan and staff the Friend's fund-raisers

- Legos for the Leipen Lego Club
- Lesson plans w/ books and audio CDs for story times
- Prizes for summer reading programs 2010 through 2016
- Story time floor cushions with caddy
